-Delegating responsibilities and supervising tasks/projects
-Training,motivating and coaching employees as they provide attentive, efficient services to Customers, assessing employees performance and providing helpful feedback and training opportunities
-Resolving conflict or complaints from employees
-Monitoring task activity and ensuring it is properly provisioned and staffed
-Analyzing information and processes and developing more effective or efficient process and Strategies
-Ensuring staff members to follow company policies and procedures
-Other duties to ensure the overall health and success of the business
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
-At least 2 years of experience as a Senior Executive
-A degree holder in business Admin and Business Management
-Strong understanding of leadership principles
-Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, coaching and conflict resolution skills
-Ability to Analyse and process information, identify problems, trends and develop
-Effective solution and strategies
-Ability to use their own initiative
-Familiarity with budget planning and enforcement and customer service procedure
