DCI Board of Directors
Dilshard is the managing director for DCI Recruitment (Pvt) Ltd; a high achiever in both professional and academic fronts. Recognized for outstanding work performance with an innovative, analytical and focused mindset, superior client service skills, strong banking and finance experience within a multinational banking and corporate environment.
He is a career banker who started his career with the Commercial Bank of Ceylon. Here he learnt the backbone of what and where a majority of his banking career was to be in i.e. Trade Services.
He subsequently moved overseas to take up a posting with HSBC Bank LTD in UAE and in particular, to be part of a two man team to start up a trade services unit in the Jebel Ali Free Zone. By the time of his departure from HSBC, his unit was the number two revenue, volume and market share generator for the whole of the UAE.
After 18 years of banking, Dilshard took a sabbatical to pursue his own dreams. In the past 13 years he has made a name for himself in event management and promoting, set up his own janitorial and cleaning company with present staff strength over 70 servicing 33 clients.
Dilshard also has other business interests in corporate goods, advertising and digital marketing, fashion, footwear and bags to name a few.
But his passion remains taking DCI Recruitment (Pvt) Ltd to the top and keeping it there .He looks to leverage the skills and goodwill he has acquired in his present capacity along with his vast experience and contacts over the past years to propel DCI recruitment to the top.
FOUNDER/ OVERSEAS OPERATION DIRECTOR
GRAEME DAVID SPENCE
Graeme is the Director responsible for all the Financial & Administration workings for the DCI Office in Sri Lanka. He has vast experience in Asia, having lived and worked in the region for the last 35 years. He was formerly contracted for 28 years to the United Nations Agency IOM based in Bangkok as the Chief Financial Officer for the Asian region. His responsibilities covered all treasuries, accounting, budgeting and audit functions for IOM handling a yearly budget of over $ 150 million, For the last 7 years he has been a private consultant to various foreign companies in Asia, assisting with company set ups, financial restricting and auditing assistance. Graeme has a vast knowledge and experience within the Asian market place and amongst the Asian cultures.
Graeme is an avid supporter of rugby and has been associated with the development of the game in Asia namely Thailand, where he was appointed as an external advisor to the Thai Rugby Board
With almost three decades in the corporate sector, Anton has worked in at least 13 different industries directly, ranging from Hospitality, Travel, Finance, Recruitment, Insurance, and FMCG.
He has worked in 10 countries involving various projects and has mostly been engaged as a turnkey consultant. An accomplished and integrity-driven professional,
with over 26 years of multi-faceted work experience, that spans both national and international arenas, excelling in all aspects of General, Operational & Project Management and Service Delivery & Customer
A professional banker with over 30 years of experience including 14 years in a senior management capacity serving as a Chief Operating officer & Chief information officer of a leading multinational bank. His expertise lies in management skills in banking operations, change management, operations management, Business continuity planning, International trade, technology, factoring & agile work methods.
